Mr. Putin, Michael Jackson on line one...

Here's something just icky weird. Russian President Vladimir Putin has recently recieved a lot of press for an encounter with a small boy. Apparently, Putin came across the five year-old Nikita, lifted his shirt and kissed him on the stomach. Putin explained, "He seemed very independent and serious... I wanted to cuddle him like a kitten and it came out in this gesture. He seemed so nice." The boy is reported to have responded, "I just liked him [Mr Putin] and he liked me very much. I want to be president myself."
